Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at brian@jampackdjams.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damage or incorrect item.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide next steps to resolve the issue.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Important Notes

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
  • If your package was lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
